are your service rates?
Medical appointments (2-way):
$120
(OH) / $150 (AOH). Hospital discharge/transfer: $90 (OH) / $120 (AOH). Additional
charges apply for heavy lifting, staircases ($30 per flight), and waiting time ($30 per
15min block).

are the heavy lifting charges?
For patients requiring no
lift
landing/heavy lifting: 80kg-100kg ($35 one-way, $60 two-way), 101kg-120kg ($50 one-way,
$80 two-way), 121kg-150kg ($80 one-way, $150 two-way).

do I book emergency transport?
Call us directly at 8822 2784 or
WhatsApp us with "MTS AMBULANCE" in your message. Provide your location, destination,
time needed, and service type. We'll dispatch immediately and provide a quote.

you provide cross-border services?
Yes, we provide border case services
(SG-MSIA customs): $350-$500 (OH) / $500-$700 (AOH). Cross-border services (SG to areas
within MSIA): $800-$1800 (OH) / $1000-$2000 (AOH).

are your operating hours?
Office Hours (OH): 8am-6pm. After
Office Hours (AOH): 6pm-8pm. Different rates apply for each time period. Contact our

you provide oxygen services?
Yes, oxygen usage is available for an
additional $25 charge if required. All our vehicles are equipped to handle medical
transport needs safely and professionally.

are your cancellation terms?
Cancellations made less than 4 hours
before scheduled service incur a 50% conveyance fee. We recommend confirming your
appointment to avoid cancellation charges.
📱 Will
I get updates during transport?
Yes, we provide real-time updates to
family members throughout the journey. You'll receive confirmation when we're
dispatched, en route, and upon safe arrival at the destination.
